Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1705.1: Beginning and ending point of authorized turnpikes

When a turnpike has been authorized by law to begin at a point

and end at a point, it is hereby authorized to begin in the vicinity

of said point and end in the vicinity of such other point as

described.
