Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-3014: Jurisdiction of district court

The district court shall have original jurisdiction to require

accounting by trustees, to surcharge trustees, to supervise the

administration of the trust where necessary because of mismanagement

by trustees, and such further jurisdiction as may be provided by the

Oklahoma Trust Act.
