Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-4005: Definitions

As used in this act:

1. Department means the Department of Transportation.

2. Commission means the Transportation Commission.

3. Director means the Director of the Department of

Transportation.

4. Public Transportation means transportation services,

facilities and equipment with multiple passenger capabilities,

available to the public on a scheduled or demand basis including

intercity, regional and city bus, minibus, van pool, car pool and

taxicab services, and commuter rail services.
