Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-4022: Purpose

The Department of Transportation shall contract with a person,

firm, group or association in the State of Oklahoma to establish a

logo signing program for the purpose of providing on the right-of-

way and controlled access highways specific information on gas,

food, camping, tourism attractions and lodging, for the benefit of

the motoring public.
