Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-639: Maintenance by county

Where this section sits in the code

Whenever any road shall have been hard surfaced as provided for in

the preceding section, it shall then become the duty of the county

in which the road is located to maintain such road in a manner

satisfactory to the Commission and the Bureau of Public Roads.
