Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-650: Execution of necessary instruments

The board of county commissioners shall have the power to authorize

the execution of, and the chairman of the board in accordance with

such authorization shall have the power to execute, any and all

contracts, deeds, easements and other instruments of conveyance as

may be required in or convenient to the exercise of the powers

granted in the preceding section.
