Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1210.302: Administration of act - Rules and regulations

The Department of Education shall administer this act within the

same section ofthe Department which administers the educational

programs for all children other than those identified in Section 13-

101 of this title. The Board shall adopt rules and regulations

necessary to implement the provisions of this act.
