Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-21-103: Private school license

A. It shall be unlawful to establish, conduct, operate or

maintain a private school, to solicit or canvass for scholarships or

tuition to a private school, or to offer a program of education or

training unless a license granting state authorization to operate

such school has been issued by the Board and is in effect. A

private school shall be issued only one license, regardless of the

number of locations operated by such school.

B. Upon application for a license or renewal of a license, each

private school shall designate a main school location. Designation

of a main school and one or more branches should mirror the

designations used for federal funding or accreditation.
