Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-21-109: Enforcement of act

The Attorney General or any local prosecuting officer, at the

request of the Board or on his own motion, may bring any appropriate

action or proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction for the

enforcement of this act.
