Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2167: Legislative intent

It is the intent of the Legislature that the State Regents

continue to study and determine the feasibility of establishing a

statewide joint system to make use of the above services in all

colleges, municipal or community junior colleges and technology

center schools in Oklahoma, or make use of the above services in any

one of such colleges upon proper agreement.
