Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2258: Approval of programs - Supplemental funding

Technical and occupational education programs to be operated at

the postsecondary level must be authorized and approved by the State

Regents. Programs of technical and occupational education when

approved by the State Regents may be eligible for supplemental

funding provided by the State Board in accordance with terms of a

contract existing between the State Board and the State Regents.
