Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2262: Budget by State Regents

The State Regents shall budget funds for the primary support of

Regents' approved technical and occupational programs of education

at junior colleges, technical institutes and other institutions in

the State System to the extent of financial resources available and

will anticipate supplemental funding from the State Board as needed

and as may be available.
