Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3220: Increase in fees - Notice - Hearing

The State Regents shall give public notice at least thirty (30)

days prior to the effective date of any increases in fees and

tuition and shall hold a public hearing at least twenty (20) days

prior to the effective date of any increases in fees and tuition.
