Where this section sits in the code

The Board of Trustees of the Oklahoma College Savings Plan shall

submit a report summarizing any findings and recommendations

concerning the program to the Speaker of the House of

Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the

Governor by February 1 of each year.
