Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3970.2: Purpose

It is the purpose of this act, given the cost of higher

education, the importance of encouraging savings for tuition, and

the correlation of economic growth and education, to permit

Oklahomans to benefit from tax benefits for qualified college

savings programs allowed by federal law.
