Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4204: Fees

The Board of Education of a school district maintaining a Municipal

Junior College may establish a schedule of student fees which will

pay all or part of the costs of operation of the institution unless

the school district has funds available together with a

proportionate ratio of support from appropriations granted to

Institutions of Higher Education to provide proper accreditation

requirements.
