Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4401: Authorization to establish and maintain college

A community junior college may be established, maintained and

operated in any community in accordance with criteria and standards,

rules, and regulations prescribed by the Oklahoma State Regents for

Higher Education, hereinafter referred to as the State Regents.
