Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4406: Cooperative agreements

The governing board of any public junior college shall have the

power and authority to enter into cooperative agreements with any

technology center school for the joint use of facilities and

personnel, joint courses of study and educational programs and other

cooperative efforts to the mutual benefit of each school and the

public.
