Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-4712: Funds for Excellence Program

Where this section sits in the code

There is hereby created, in the Office of the State Regents for

Higher Education, a Funds for Excellence Program. The purpose of

this program shall be to encourage the various institutions of

Higher Education within The State System of Higher Education to

compete for grants to be awarded to institutions with innovative

programs aimed at improving the overall quality of higher education.
