Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-626.9: Policies of institutions unaffected

This act shall not be construed as granting any authority to

control or influence the policies of any educational institution

because it accepts students receiving tuition aid grants, nor to

require any such institution to admit or once admitted to continue

in such institution any tuition aid recipient.
