Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-697.14: Failure to comply with provision of contract

Where this section sits in the code

If the recipient of these funds does not fully comply with all

provisions of contract, that person shall refund all monies plus

interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) from date of

dispersement.
