Okla. Stat. tit. 71, § 71-462: Application of provisions of Oklahoma Securities Act

Where this section sits in the code

All of the provisions of the Oklahoma Securities Act which are

not in conflict with the provisions of this act shall apply to any

take-over offer involving a target company in this state.
