Okla. Stat. tit. 71, § 71-666: Liens and encumbrances

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code, nothing

contained herein shall apply to or invalidate the lien of a

mortgagee who is not affiliated with the subdivider, when such lien

attaches to land pledged as collateral in a transaction negotiated

directly with the purchaser.
