Okla. Stat. tit. 72, § 72-22: Duties of county clerk - Violation a misdemeanor

All recording of said discharges shall be done by the clerical

force in the county clerk's office, without charge and shall also

furnish certified copies of said discharges without charge, and any

clerk or other person who makes any charge for such service shall be

guilty of a misdemeanor.
