Okla. Stat. tit. 72, § 72-221.4: Purchase of products available through General Services

Administration contracts.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of

Veterans Affairs shall be authorized to purchase products which are

available through a General Services Administration contract. Such

products shall not be required to be on a current state contract

before a purchase can be made.
