Okla. Stat. tit. 72, § 72-223.1: Employer-based nurse aide training programs

The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs in its capacity as

an operator of nursing facilities under Title 72 of the Oklahoma

Statutes is authorized to provide an employer-based program for

training of nurse aides for purposes of certification by the State

Department of Health. Such programs shall comply with the

provisions of Section 1-1951 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
