Okla. Stat. tit. 72, § 72-63.15: Cooperative agreements with local public trusts

The Department of Veterans Affairs, acting by and through the

Oklahoma Veterans Commission, is directed to cooperate with local

public trusts, either existing or to be formed, and to enter into

all requisite agreements and contracts in order to issue bonds for

the purposes prescribed herein.
