Okla. Stat. tit. 72, § 72-67.12: Nature of fund

The W.V.C. Revolving Fund shall be a continuing fund not subject

to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all monies received

by State Veterans Department as repayments on loans as provided in

Section 67.13 of this title, gifts, contributions, bequests and any

transfers of monies from the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs

Revolving Fund of the State Treasury that may be authorized by the

Oklahoma State Legislature.
