Okla. Stat. tit. 73, § 73-83.7: Notice and hearing before adoption of regulations

Prior to the adoption of any zoning regulations, or any

amendment thereto or any other acts which may have an impact on the

residents of the District, the Commission shall hold a public

hearing on the same after first having given notice by publication

of the time and place of said hearing by publication, for not less

than ten (10) days prior to said hearing, in a legal publication

published in Oklahoma County.
