Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 74-130.9: Rules and regulations

Except as provided for in subsection F of Section 130.5 of this

title, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall adopt

rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of the

Oklahoma Alternative Fuels Conversion Act.
