Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1307.2: Diabetes treatment - Equipment, supplies and services

On and after November 1, 1996, the Oklahoma Health Care

Authority shall include coverage for equipment, supplies and related

services for the treatment of Type I, Type II, and gestational

diabetes as provided by and pursuant to the provisions of Section

6060.2 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
