Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 74-1315.1: Participation by county election board secretaries

Upon election and application by the secretary of a county

election board and subject to any underwriting criteria that may be

established by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, the Authority

shall extend the benefits of the Oklahoma Employees Insurance and

Benefits Plans to the secretary of each county election board, if

the county in which the secretary serves is not participating in

such plans.
