Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 74-2278: Definitions

As used in the Oklahoma Trails System Act:

1. "Commission" means the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation

Commission; and

2. "Political subdivision" means any county, municipality or

other subdivision of state or local government.
