Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 74-90.3: Exemptions

Where this section sits in the code

The traveling employees of the state shall be exempt from the

terms of this act while traveling on state business. The House of

Representatives and Senate of the Oklahoma State Legislature shall

be exempt from the terms of this act.
