Okla. Stat. tit. 74, § 74-90.5: Definitions

For the purposes of this act:

1. "State agency" means any agency, department, board or

commission of the state or any state eleemosynary, educational,

rehabilitative, correctional or custodial facility.

2. "Political subdivision" means any municipality, city, town,

village, school or county.
