Okla. Stat. tit. 76, § 76-50.4: Waiver of liability

Two or more persons may agree, in writing, to extend the waiver

of liability pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Livestock

Activities Liability Limitation Act. Such waiver shall be valid and

binding by its terms.
