Okla. Stat. tit. 8, § 8-18: Violation of provisions - Penalties

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions

of this Article, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall,

upon conviction, be fined not less than Twenty-five nor more than

One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and not less than thirty (30) days

nor more than six (6) months in jail.
