Okla. Stat. tit. 8, § 8-210: Reimbursement of trust fund

The Board shall have the authority, after a hearing held, to

issue an order directing the officers of an association to reimburse

the trust fund for any withdrawal therefrom when the Board finds

that the officers have wrongfully paid a claim or have otherwise

wrongfully disbursed funds from the trust fund.
