Okla. Stat. tit. 8, § 8-231: Violations of act - Punishment

Any corporation, association, or director, trustee, officer,

employee, agent or representative thereof, or any other person, who

willfully violates any provisions of this act shall be guilty of a

misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than Fifty

Dollars ($50.00) and not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)

for each offense.
