Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-105.32: Effect of act on forfeited water rights and priority

dates.

The codifying and renumbering of the several sections of Chapter

1 in Title 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall not alter their

effectiveness by the adoption of this act; nor shall this act with

its several amendments to existing law be deemed to reestablish any

water rights that have heretofore been lost or forfeited under laws

heretofore in effect prior to the effective date of this act; nor

shall the adoption of this act change in any manner priority dates

for the right to use water under the laws in effect prior to the

adoption of this act.
