Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.13: Special counsel

If the Attorney General shall seek redress on behalf of the

state as provided for in the Administrative Procedures Act, the

Oklahoma Water Resources Board is empowered to appoint a special

counsel for such proceedings.
