Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.43: Application of subsection 1085.33 to 1085.42

In no event shall the provisions of Sections 1085.33 through

1085.39 of Title 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes and Sections 9, 10 and

11 of this act supercede or interfere with the statutory

responsibilities or jurisdiction of any other state agency, board or

commission.
