Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.45: Compliance with Central Purchasing act

In the administration of the program of financial assistance

authorized under the provisions of Section 1085.32 et seq. of Title

82 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Board shall comply with all

applicable provisions of the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act,

including but not limited to those provisions requiring competitive

bidding on Board purchases and acquisitions.
