Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1087.14: Proof of financial responsibility

Proof of financial responsibility shall be furnished by an

applicant by his showing, to the satisfaction of the director, his

ability to respond in damages for liability which might reasonably

be attached to or result from his weather modification and control

activities in connection with the operation for which he seeks a

permit.
