When a permit is issued under the Oklahoma Weather Modification

Act for weather modification research by the United States

Government or its agent, any other operation for which a permit is

issued and which is located in full or in part within the area of

the permitted research operation shall submit to monitoring by the

agency conducting such operation when such operation is being

conducted.
