Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1087.19: Certain liabilities not imposed or rights affected

Nothing in this act shall be construed to impose or accept any

liability or responsibility on the part of the state or any state

officials or employees for any weather modification and control

activities of any private person or group, or to affect in any way

any contractual, tortious or other legal rights, duties or

liabilities between any private persons or groups.
