Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1087.7: Necessity for licenses and permits

Except as provided in Section 8 of this Act, no person,

corporation or institution shall engage in activities for weather

modification and control except under and in accordance with a

license and a permit issued by the Board authorizing such

activities.
