Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-110.7: Supervision of dam safety program

The dam safety program authorized by this act shall be

supervised within the Oklahoma Water Resources Board by an engineer

registered with the State Board of Registration for Professional

Engineers and Land Surveyors or successor agency and who shall have

practical training or experience concerning the analysis, design,

and construction of dams and reservoirs.
