Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1279: Inactive districts

If a district is inactive, the judge of the district court for

the county in which fifty percent (50%) or more of the real property

of the district is located may designate a board of directors who

shall act with the same authority in dissolving the district as if

they had been appointed members of the district pursuant to Section

1268 of this title.
