Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.31: Organization of district

Pursuant to the provisions of this act, any corporation which

was formed prior to December 1, 1988, may organize and constitute a

district subject to the provisions of the Rural Water, Sewer, Gas

and Solid Waste Management Districts Act.
